Shipping policy
We do our best to provide you goods in the fastest and safest way possible, below is listed a few ways in which we can achieve this:
- All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of order receipt
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, will be processed within the next working day
- All orders Returned To Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re-delivery charges may be applicable
- PRE SALE orders require full payment at time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page
- Delivery time is an estimate only and Mancini is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $100 via Australia Post Express Satchel services or Courier Services
- All orders will be processed he following business day
- For east coast metro areas please allow 1-2 working days to delivery
- For regional addresses and Western Australia please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
For orders less than $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95, for Express and $6.95 for Standard is applicable.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We use DHL Express, all delivery locations take 2-3 business days for delivery
Shipping rates are detailed as below:
- New Zealand: $15 for orders up to $100. Free shipping for orders over $100.
- USA: $19 for orders up to $100. Free shipping for orders over $100
- Rest of the world: $28 for orders up to $100. Free shipping for orders over $100.
TAXES & DUTIES
Mancini shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
RETURNS POLICY
We want to make purchasing online as easy as possible
Returns for refund are accepted on merchandise within 28 days of receiving your order.
To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
Sale items are also eligible for return.
REQUESTING A RETURN

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Return postage will be at the buyers expense unless the items received are eligible for 'Faulty Refund'. In this case, Mancini will incur postage.
The return will be accepted where:
- A return request is emailed to us within 28 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase packed with the item
- The items are in original condition and not worn, damaged, stained or washed
- All original packaging, tags and labels are fully intact
We recommend a tracked registered postal services, as we do not consider the goods 'Returned' until they have been safely received. Mancini is not liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.
EXCHANGE
You may return and exchange your items, within 28 days, for a different size (subject to availability). Also, if for whatever reason the purchase is not what you expected, we are happy for you to return the item and you will be issued with a refund of the order value, excluding shipping.
- No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty
- Any promotions mentioning 'Final Sale' are not eligible for exchange, refund or return, unless faulty
FAULTY REFUNDS
You are eligible for a full refund, within 28 days, including return shipping upon confirmation of garments being faulty. What defines faulty?
- Manufacturing faults
- Delivered items differ from ordered items
- Clear defects or damage
All fault confirmation are based on Mancini's assessment once returned. Return shipping costs can be refunded for up to $10 for domestic shipping and $25 for international shipping.
Please ensure to follow care label instructions, as failing to do so could result in damage to the items which is not covered by our Returns Policy.
