Terms and Conditions

The small print, written in plain English.

Entry and eligibility
  1. The Summer Bridal Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is run by We Are Mancini (“WAM”), Sydney, NSW, Australia, ABN [INSERT ABN].
  2. Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. WAM employees, contractors and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. The Giveaway opens at 12:00am AEDT on 7 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 28 November 2026.
  4. To enter, submit a valid email address through the entry form on this page and tick the agreement box. No purchase is necessary.
  5. One entry per person. Multiple entries, or entries made with false, shared or automated details, will be disqualified.
  6. The Giveaway is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The prize
  1. One (1) winner will receive a WAM bridal wardrobe valued at up to AUD $3,000 (inc. GST), consisting of one gown, one second look and one veil or neck scarf, selected from the current WAM ready-to-wear range.
  2. The combined retail value of the chosen pieces must not exceed AUD $3,000. If the winner’s selection exceeds this amount, they may pay the difference.
  3. Prize items are subject to availability and size. Made-to-order and customised items are not included unless WAM agrees otherwise in writing.
  4. Standard shipping to an Australian address is included. Alterations, tailoring, import duties and any other costs are the winner’s responsibility.
  5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. WAM may substitute an item of equal or greater value if a selected item becomes unavailable.
  6. The prize does not carry the standard WAM 14 day returns policy. Normal consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Winner selection and announcement
  1. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or after 29 November 2026 in Sydney, NSW.
  2. The winner will be announced on 1 December 2026 on the WAM website and Instagram (@wearemancini), and notified by email.
  3. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and confirm their eligibility. If they do not, WAM may withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
  4. The winner agrees that their first name and state may be published, and, if they consent in writing, that photos or content of their prize pieces may be shared by WAM.
  5. WAM’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy and general
  1. WAM collects your email address to administer the Giveaway and, with your consent, to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  2. Your information is handled in line with the WAM Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not be sold to third parties.
  3. WAM is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  4. WAM may amend these terms, or cancel or suspend the Giveaway, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
  5. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Pinterest.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
