 2-3 months before your wedding is optimal, so you can try it on at home and make sure it is the right look for you. However, all We Are Mancini items are in stock as shown on the website so allow at least 1 week turn around for postage within Australia. For world-wide customers please allow 2-3 weeks postage time.


  • How should I take care of my item?

 Always follow the wash and care label attached to your garment and keep it in a garment bag or box away from direct sunlight until your special day.


  • Do you have stockists?

 No, we are an online only bridal boutique that offers a returns process that allows you to purchase your dream outfit, try it on at home, and if you decide it is not for you, you can return it in it’s original condition for a change of mind refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • What is the WAM returns policy?

 We offer returns, refunds and exchanges for a multitude of reasons, including change of mind. If your product is in original condition with tags attached we accept the returns within 14 days of purchase. Email to organise your return.


  • I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?

 Email us at to organise the return and we will arrange a replacement item.


  • Do you have any tips for trying on at home?

 A makeup free face is ideal in order to keep your bridal gown in original condition. Try your gown on in a clutter free space with your wedding shoes to complete your look. If you don’t have your shoes yet, don’t worry, a shoe with a similar heel height will do. Wear skin colour seamless underwear and no bra.



  • What are the delivery timeframes?

 Within Australia, we send with Australia Post which usually takes 2-3 business days to major cities, and 3-4 days in regional areas. Please allow approximately 1 week for your order turn around including postage times.


  • Do you ship internationally?

 Yes. Postage timelines are a little longer, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery world wide


  • Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

 Yes if applicable, however it usually does not incur any extra charge.

 Some brides do require alterations to their wedding dress, usually an alteration to the length or an adjustment of straps. A local alterations service is well and truly equipped to perform these for you.


  • What if I loose or gain weight?

 The bias cut nature of most of our gowns allows fluctuations in body shape as it utilises a natural mechanical stretch.


  • Can I customise my wedding dress?

 Book in a virtual consultation to discuss any style. We can help to advise if a local tailor will be able to customise your gown in the way you choose.




  • How does the referral program work?

 All items are designed and patternmade in Sydney. We have manufacturing partners that we have worked with for many years based in Shanghai.


  • Is We Are Mancini a sustainable brand?

 Sustainability is at the forefront of our brand philosophy. We challenge the idea of single use by providing a separates range and alternative bridal styles such as short wedding dresses that will enable our brides to wear these items again. We are committed to using all natural fibres and opt for cellulose fibres that use less water in their production. See our sustainability page for more information.

 Yes, we have an option through our online store to request a fabric swatch to be posted to you.
