How far in advance do I need to order my bridal outfit?

2-3 months before your wedding is optimal, so you can try it on at home and make sure it's the right look for you. All We Are Mancini items are in stock as shown on the website, so allow at least 1 week turnaround for postage within Australia, and 2-3 weeks for world-wide customers.

How should I take care of my item?

Always follow the wash and care label attached to your garment and keep it in a garment bag or box, away from direct sunlight, until your special day.

Do you have stockists?

No, we're an online only bridal boutique. That's exactly why we offer a returns process that lets you purchase your dream outfit, try it on at home, and return it in its original condition for a change of mind refund within 14 days of purchase.

Returns

What is the WAM returns policy?

We offer returns, refunds and exchanges for a multitude of reasons, including change of mind. If your product is in original condition with tags attached, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Email info@wearemancini.com to organise your return.

I've received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?

Email us at info@wearemancini.com to organise the return and we'll arrange a replacement item.

Do you have any tips for trying on at home?

A makeup free face is ideal to keep your bridal gown in original condition. Try it on in a clutter free space with your wedding shoes to complete your look, or a shoe with a similar heel height if you don't have them yet. Wear skin colour seamless underwear and no bra.

What are the delivery timeframes?

Within Australia, we send with Australia Post, usually 2-3 business days to major cities and 3-4 days to regional areas. Please allow approximately 1 week for your full order turnaround including postage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Postage timelines are a little longer, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery world wide.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Yes, if applicable, though it usually doesn't incur any extra charge.

What if I have a short timeline?

The bias cut nature of most of our gowns allows for fluctuations in body shape, with a natural mechanical stretch built right in.

Can I customise my wedding dress?

Book in a virtual consultation to discuss any style. We can help advise if a local tailor will be able to customise your gown the way you choose.
